# Institutional Arbitration Framework — GUOSMM Disputes

## Section 1 — Purpose

Framework for **arbitration** of disputes among licensed institutions, ISB members, and Order instrumental bodies under magistral law.

## Section 2 — Seat and rules

2.1 Default seat: as specified in bilateral membership or license schedule.  
2.2 Rules: institutional arbitration rules published by ICCC lane unless parties agree otherwise in writing.

## Section 3 — Finality interaction

Arbitral awards do not override GUOSMM-C-2026-002 settlement finality for completed payment legs.
