# Reserve Asset Policy

**Applies to:** OMNL (GUOSMM-B-2026-001); International Settlements Bank (GUOSMM-C-2026-001)

## 1 — Policy objective

Maintain reserve assets supporting monetary credibility, settlement capacity, and GUOSMM Series E transparency.

## 2 — Eligible assets

| Class | Description |
|-------|-------------|
| XAU | Gold (troy ounce valuation) |
| XAG | Silver |
| Sovereign bonds | Investment-grade sovereign debt |
| SDR-linked | SDR basket-linked instruments |

## 3 — Custody and valuation

3.1 Custodians must meet published fit-and-proper and segregation standards.  
3.2 Valuation: ISO 4217 / market conventions; daily mark for reporting.  
3.3 Independent verification via Series E audit reports.

## 4 — Reporting

4.1 Quarterly GUOSMM Series E reserve reports.  
4.2 Material changes published as Series B amendments.

## 5 — Commencement

Effective 2026-06-13T00:00:00Z.
