# FATF Alignment Statement — AML/CFT Programme

## Section 1 — Alignment

SHOSJJ Licensing Authority and OMNL require licensed institutions to maintain AML/CFT programmes aligned with **FATF Recommendations** as operational baseline.

## Section 2 — PEP and sanctions

2.1 PEP handling includes political appointment lane per ecosystem identity policy.  
2.2 Sanctions screening before institutional onboarding and on ongoing transaction monitoring.

## Section 3 — Reporting

Suspicious activity reporting to competent authority per jurisdiction — not replaced by GUOSMM publication.
