Verification and Border Access Terms

Section 1 — Scope

1.1 These Terms govern use of verification surfaces, including border, checkpoint, administrative, and adjudication interfaces used to access authoritative credential-verification results.

1.2 A user who accesses such surfaces in an authenticated capacity must affirmatively accept these Terms where the system presents them.

Section 2 — Authorized users

2.1 Access is limited to authorized officers, administrators, adjudicators, operators, and other approved persons acting within lawful and programme-authorized scope.

2.2 Access may be conditioned on role, seat, workflow state, or operational gate.

Section 3 — Use restrictions

3.1 The user shall not:

  • query verification services for unauthorized personal curiosity
  • export or disclose restricted results except as authorized
  • manipulate, suppress, or fabricate verification results
  • use the system to create unsupported claims of travel, identity, or border clearance
  • Section 4 — Reliance and limits

4.1 Verification results are authoritative only within the defined programme and system context.

4.2 Access to a verification result does not itself confer an external legal right, travel clearance, or regulatory immunity beyond the scope recognized by the governing authority and applicable law.

    Section 5 — Enforcement

5.1 Misuse of verification or border interfaces may result in immediate suspension, account termination, credential workflow quarantine, audit escalation, and referral to competent authorities where appropriate.

5.2 The system may preserve detailed access logs and verification events for fraud detection, operational integrity, and enforcement.
