# Credential Issuance and Family Workflow Terms

## Section 1 — Scope

1.1 These Terms govern requests, adjudication, issuance, reissuance, amendment, suspension, revocation, and authenticated-copy continuity for employee, officer, and immediate-family credential workflows.

## Section 2 — Applicant duties

2.1 The applicant shall submit complete and accurate information and supporting records.

2.2 The applicant shall not:

- submit false family relationships
- conceal disqualifying facts
- present altered official orders or authenticated copies
- seek issuance outside the scope of the governing authority basis

## Section 3 — Family-related conditions

3.1 Family-related issuance is conditional upon a valid programme or authority basis extending to the dependent.

3.2 The applicant acknowledges that:

- family workflows may require documentary proof
- official orders may need to identify or support the family relationship
- the supporting order basis may be reviewed, withheld, denied, or revoked

## Section 4 — No vested right prior to issuance

4.1 Submission of a request does not create a vested right to issuance.

4.2 A pending, provisional, or previously approved state may be withdrawn where new evidence, error correction, fraud, or authority failure requires it.

## Section 5 — Revocation and consequences

5.1 A credential, dependent status, or related authenticated copy may be suspended or revoked for fraud, error, loss of authority basis, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

5.2 The applicant accepts that revocation may result in:

- loss of active status
- loss of portal access for affected functions
- invalidation of associated verification responses
- requirement to return, destroy, or cease using affected artefacts where instructed

## Section 6 — Acceptance and evidence

6.1 The applicant's affirmative assent to these Terms shall be preserved with the exact document version and workflow event.

6.2 The applicant acknowledges that preserved assent, application records, and programme records may be used in review, enforcement, and dispute processes.
